Trout pond maintenance
This pond had been stocked with brown trout for fly fishing. Over several years the pond became covered with Potamagton natans which made fly fishing very difficult. Aquavision undertook a maintenance programme on the pond where the weed was regularly cut. This approach reduces the vigour of the pest water plant allowing the fish and other wildlife to flourish.
